That table is a consequence of construction rather than a promise of restraint. A website assembled as static pages with nothing behind them has very little it could collect even if somebody wanted it to, and the honest way to say so is to describe the build rather than to talk about respect for your data.

Two qualifications belong beside it. Your internet provider and the company serving these files can see that a request was made, which is true of every page on the web and is not something any policy can switch off. Nobody at this desk sees a full card number and nobody here could read one back to you.
